Rules and policies that guide Design Review Committee (DRC) activity can be found in the "regulation" area of this web site. Two copies of each request should be submitted to the DRC for approval. This can be done either electronically via e-mail or with paper forms. A copy of the DRC ruling will be returned to the home owner within 30 days.
